Dear Colleagues,
I hope that you have found time for a relaxing summer break with your family or friends. For those who have been at CERN over the last few weeks, you will have noticed that the average age has dropped significantly, as is always the case at this time of year with the influx of Summer Students.
To celebrate their hard work (and hard play) in this issue of the PH Newsletter we have included an interactive map that shows where they have come from, and a selection of their individual reports which can be found by exploring the links in the box below. Other articles include reports on the restart of the injector complex, reflections on the forthcoming 60th anniversary of CERN, outreach activities for school children, and much more.
