The PH department welcomes a new Human Resources Advisor, Michel Sebastian Guye-Bergeret.

The HRA acts as an interface between the HR department and the department assigned to him or her, advising and supporting managers and other staff members on all HR matters. All discussions with your HRA are confidential.

Michel graduated with a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology, with a major in recruitment (HR Swiss Award). Before his arrival at CERN, he worked at the WTO as an HR Specialist and at the Careerplus Group in Geneva, Lausanne, Bern and Zürich as Recruitment Manager. He arrived at CERN in 2010 and joined the Talent Acquisition Group where he worked as a Recruitment/Sourcing & HR Marketing Specialist. He joined the Frontline Group on 1 March 2015 as HRA for PH Department.
